User Agreement
We operate under a set
of rules and guidelines. In order to create an account with us, you must agree
to comply with the terms of this User Agreement.
Responsibility for
Auctions
Under no circumstances
shall the operators of this site be responsible for any auctions, items sold therein,
or the behavior of a particular buyer or seller. It is the seller's responsibility
to provide an accurate description of the item being sold and to deliver the item
to the winning bidder upon close of auction. It is the buyer's responsibility
to exercise care and caution when bidding on or sending payment for an item.
Inappropriate Auctions
The following items may not
be listed for sale at this site:
- Body parts
- Firearms
- Controlled substances or prescription
medication
- Software or music for which you do not
own the copyright
- Materials or products which may be illegal
Administrative Policy
It is the policy of this
site that the administrators will have the final authority in any dispute involving
suspected breech of this agreement. If it is determined that a user has violated
this agreement or otherwise engaged in inappropriate conduct at this site, administrators
reserve the right to take action including but not limited to account suspension,
account deletion, auction cancellation, bid retraction, and bid nullification.
