The following scripts are free for all Basic members to download and use:

404 Trapper - Get rid of Apache's ugly default 404 error page! Jazz up your 404 errors and receive email notification when they take place.

AnonMail - AnonMail is a PHP script which allows you or your site's visitors to send anonymous email. You specify a return address, such as "anonymous@yourhostname.com" and then all messages sent through the script use that as the From address.

AuthorizeIt - AuthorizeIt allows you to integrate authorize.net's credit card processing functionality right into your own website! Accept your customers' credit card information and securely post the transaction to authorize.net in the background, without your customer ever leaving your site.

AutoMail - AutoMail lets you mail a series of unlimited emails that are sent out to prospective customers or leads over a period of time designated in days by you. Setup is as simple as it gets and adding messages is a snap through AutoMail's web interface.

BlogLite - BlogLite is a simple and easy-to-use web journaling script. True to its name, BlogLite gives you the ability to run your own weblog without all the bloat, bells, and whistles of other blogging packages. Have your own blog up and running in just a couple of minutes!

DownCount - DownCount is a great way to track your site's downloads so you can see which files are popular. By using this script you can also collect downloaders' names and email addresses.

DuplicateCheck - DuplicateCheck is a script that will check any list of email addresses, find all duplicates, and write out only the unique addresses to a new file. Make sure that your opt-in mailing list doesn't accidentally send multiple copies of your message to anyone - use DuplicateCheck to ensure your entire list is only made up of unique addresses!

EasyStream - If your site offers media content in MP3 format, this script is for you! Let your visitors create their own playlist from your collection of files, and then listen to the stream over Winamp or Windows Media Player.

EpochTime - Frustrated by epoch timestamps? Easily convert any "hour minute second month day year" combination into unix Epoch time, or paste in an epoch timestamp and get back the corresponding human readable date, down to the second.

FileMailer - FileMailer lets you require visitors to submit their name and email address in order to retrieve a file from your site. Upon submitting the information, the file is sent to the visitor via email. This is a great way to stop leeching and third-party linking of your files, and it also lets you know exactly who's obtaining your files!

Gallerize - Take the hassle out of creating photo galleries, paysites, and members' areas... Let Gallerize do it for you! Literally all you do is upload JPG images into your directory or directories and drop in a copy of the script. Gallerize will automatically create thumbnails of all the images and display them as a multi-page gallery. You control every aspect of the gallery display from the HTML to the size of the thumbnails. Headliner - This script pulls the latest headlines and their corresponding hyperlinks from the "US Headlines" area of Google News. Formatting is removed so the headlines are ready to place in your own site.

MakeJPGThumb - Have you ever wanted to make thumbnails of JPG images, or resize JPGs using PHP? Not sure how? MakeJPGThumb does all the work for you!

META Tag Maker - META Tag Maker will take your site description and keywords and turn them into the appropriate META tags.

osCommerce Recurring Billing Module - Oscommerce Paypal Recurring Billing Module, enables recurring billing through paypal. Collects all information required to setup subscription payment to be handled via paypal.

PassGen - PassGen a.k.a. QuickPass will generate a random password based upon the length entered by the user. Great for any site which uses password protected areas, this script can prevent your users from choosing passwords that would be easily guessed. Let them generate one instead!

PaymentPal - PaymentPal lets you accept PayPal transactions through your website automatically. Through PayPal's unique Instant Payment Notification (IPN) system, the included "post-back" script will be accessed by PayPal to let you know the status of a transaction. This enables you to take PayPal payments to the next level by automatically activating member accounts, delivering electronic products, etc. without having to manually log into PayPal to accept payments. All you do is add the code you want to be executed according to the transaction status and it will be automated!

PLClassifieds - PLClassifieds (PHP Labs Classifieds), allows instant creation of online classifieds website.

PortPeeker - PortPeeker is a comprehensive yet easy-to-use portscanning script written in PHP. This is literally the most flexible, most useful web based portscanner you'll find!

PostNews - PostNews allows you to send a text post to a Usenet newsgroup.

ProxyCheck - ProxyCheck will check a list of web proxies to see whether or not they're open. If you have a program or another script which relies upon having open HTTP proxies, this will be an invaluable tool for you! Weed out the closed or nonresponsive proxies from your list with this tool. ProxyCheck can be run from both the web and the command line.

QuickWhois - QuickWhois allows you or your site's visitors to enter a domain name in the .com, .net, or .org TLDs and get the WHOIS information for that domain. Makes a great addition to a web hosting site, a network tools site, or even your personal home page. 100% templates and useful for your visitors.

RandomImage - RandomImage is a random image generator. It supports 4 graphics types, .bmp, .png, .gif, and .jpg. It finds a random image from your images directory and then displays the picture. All automatically!

RandomLink - RandomLink allows you to set up a database of interesting web URLs, then send your visitors to one of these URLs randomly when they click the link to the script. Entertain your visitors with this great script!

RandomText - RandomText will display a random line of text from the file you specify. You can use this at a basic level to display random quotes or tips on your website, or you can take it further and use it to randomize all sorts of aspects of your site. For example, your text file could contain a list of HTML color codes and you could use that to display a random background color.

Replacer - Replacer is a powerful search and replace script for your unix server. Forget having to master obscure unix commands like sed... Just use Replacer to find and replace words, terms, phrases, and even HTML code within a large number of files at once.

SimpleOptIn - SimpleOptIn is an easy way to set up your very own confirmed opt-in mailing list system using PHP and MySQL. A confirmed opt-in list ensures that no one gets your email without requesting it, by requiring subscribers to verify their subscriptions before they receive any messages. This is the responsible way to run a mailing list, and it will cut down or eliminate the possibility of your mail being viewed as spam.

Super 8-Ball - Super 8-Ball is a PHP script which enables your site's users to ask it a question and then receive an answer in classic "Magic 8-Ball" format. You can easily modify responses to make the script even more a part of your site's design or feel. Super 8-Ball is 100% templates to fit in with your existing layout.

SuperPals - SuperPals allows your surfers to place personal ads on your website, where other surfers can view their details. Create an automated pen pals or "matchup" system!

SuperTrivia - SuperTrivia is an advanced trivia script and highly customizable. We went one step further and worked a little bit harder to make this script the best!

Survey Wizard - Add a splash of interactivity to your website with Survey Wizard! Create as many surveys as you like, each with as many questions as you like, plus you can specify how visitors will be able to answer each question. Survey results can be viewed by the admin and optionally by your site's visitors.

Topsite Lister - Topsite Lister is a basic referral linking system using PHP and MySQL. As with any topsite script, the idea is that the people who send you the most traffic wind up with links back to their sites on your page. Topsite Lister tracks the referring URLs for all visits to your site, then displays the top X referers in a table. This free linkback is a great way to encourage people to link to your site!

TwoCheckout - TwoCheckout lets you purchase from 2Checkout.com. You simply pass the order amount and invoice number to this script and it constructs the proper URL and redirects the visitor to the 2Checkout site. Also included is a basic sample "post-back" script which 2Checkout will post transaction notifications to! We even use this script to accept payments here at PHPLabs.

URLConvert - URLConvert will convert an IP address into a longer, numeric address with no dots (called "DWORD" format). It can also convert either an IP address OR a domain name into hexadecimal format, for example, phplabs.com becomes %70%68%70%6C%61%62%73%2E%63%6F%6D You can use this capability to bypass some content filters and also to prevent your network administrators from knowing the real URL's you're visiting.

VarDump - Tired of PHP's plain, boring var_dump() output? We've built a better var_dump() and now we're making it available to you!

VeriSignup - VeriSignup allows you to integrate Verisign's PayFlowLink credit card processing functionality right into your own website! Accept your customers' credit card information and securely post the transaction to Verisign in the background. Your customer never has to leave your site.
